What we store
Your email address, the alerts you create, the channels you connect and the history of alerts that fired. That is the whole of it. We do not ask for your name, your address or any exchange credential.
What we never touch
LevelPing reads public market data only. It never connects to your exchange account, never asks for API keys, cannot see your balances and cannot place orders.
Third parties
- Exchanges (Binance, Hyperliquid, Bybit, Coinbase): we read their public price feeds. They receive no data about you.
- Telegram: if you connect it, we store your chat id in order to send messages there.
- Stripe: handles payments if you subscribe. Card details never reach our servers.
- Our mail server: sends your sign-in links and email alerts.
Cookies
One cookie, holding your session so you stay signed in. No advertising trackers, no analytics profiling, nothing sold or shared.
Your rights
You can delete your account from Settings at any time. Deleting it removes your alerts, channels and history immediately. To ask anything about your data, write to the address in the terms.
Retention
Alert history is kept for 30 days on the free plan and for the life of the account on Pro. Sign-in links expire after 20 minutes; sessions after 60 days.
