What counts as an alert
One price level on one market. A level on BTC at Binance and the same level on BTC at Hyperliquid are two alerts, because they watch two different books. Triggered alerts that you have not re-armed still occupy a slot until you delete them.
Billing questions
What happens to my alerts if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your oldest 5 alerts stay active and the rest are paused, ready to come back if you upgrade again. Webhooks are switched off while you are on Free.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown without VAT, which is calculated at checkout according to your country.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your own billing portal, with no email required. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
