What LevelPing is

A notification tool. You choose price levels and we try to tell you when a public market reaches them. That is the entire service.

What it is not

It is not financial, investment or trading advice. We do not recommend assets, levels, entries or exits, and nothing on this site should be read as a suggestion to buy or sell anything. Decisions you take after receiving an alert are yours alone.

No guarantee of delivery

Prices come from third-party exchanges and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Feeds drop, networks fail, Telegram and email providers have their own outages. We work hard at reliability and publish our status, but alerts are delivered on a best-effort basis with no SLA, and you must not rely on LevelPing as the sole trigger for anything that matters financially.

Acceptable use

Do not resell or redistribute our market data, do not abuse the API beyond its published limits, and do not use the service to break the law or the terms of the exchanges we read.

Account and payment

The free plan is free with no card. Pro is billed through Stripe and can be cancelled any time from your billing portal; you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities or any indirect damage.
